• Frame warranty is valid for 1 years.
• Finishing warranty is valid for 6 months.

Please note:

• The warranty applies to normal usage. Damage can be guaranteed if the product is used under normal conditions during the warranty period. Damage caused by fire, impact from hard and sharp objects is not covered.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

• A warranty card will be provided to customers with each purchase of Rolupat Signature products that have warranty information.
• Customers can file a warranty claim by contacting our sales team at the number listed on the warranty card or by reaching out to Rolupat’s customer care on WhatsApp at +62813-5346-0579
• When filing a warranty claim, customers must present the Original Warranty Card, Original Receipt, and Softcopy Product Photos as attachments.
• The Rolupat team will conduct an assessment of the product to be warranted for approximately 1 week and provide the estimated processing time to the customer.
• The estimated warranty process takes approximately 45 working days.
